Meet5 Club — Community Guidelines
These principles ensure every dinner stays meaningful, curated, and high-trust. By joining, you’re contributing to a space where professionals connect with intention, respect, and curiosity.
Timings & Arrival
Every dinner is carefully curated. Your punctuality ensures that conversations begin meaningfully and without disruption.
-
Arrive by 8:00 PM and be seated at your assigned table.
-
No entry after 8:30 PM. Late arrivals will be marked as no-shows.
-
Plan to stay until 10:00 PM to get the most out of your table and build deeper connections.

No-Show Policy
Your seat is thoughtfully matched. A no-show affects not just logistics, but also the experience of others.

-
Cancel by 3:00 PM on Wednesday to avoid being marked a no-show.
-
Arrival after 8:30 PM is considered a no-show.
Consequences for repeated no-shows:
-
Temporary booking bans
-
Reduced accuracy in future matchings
-
Permanent removal from the community for consistent unreliability
Conversations & Table Etiquette
We’re here to have real, goal-driven, professional conversations.
-
Respect the curated agenda of the evening.
-
Allow space for everyone to contribute. Avoid dominating the discussion.
-
Focus on professional journeys, challenges, ideas, and actionable insights.
-
If you need to take a phone call, step away briefly and return without disrupting the flow.
-
Show up with curiosity, warmth, and respect.
To report inappropriate behaviour, conversation derailment, or disruption at the table: Send a private message to our team via WhatsApp or use our feedback forms.
Your identity will be kept confidential, and we will take appropriate action.
Eating & Drinking Preferences
Food often anchors the conversation. Let’s be mindful of group comfort:
-
Even if you're not very hungry, consider ordering something small (e.g., a drink or snack) to support the table experience.
-
On a specific diet or fasting? Let us know in advance to help your table plan accordingly.
-
Have a hard dietary preference (e.g., strict vegetarian, alcohol-free)? We will try our best to seat you with compatible guests.
Billing & Payments
To avoid confusion, we follow a simple principle:
-
The bill is split equally among everyone at the table.
-
If alcohol is ordered, it’s up to the table to decide together whether to split food and drinks separately or share the full bill equally.
-
If you leave without paying and it is reported, your future bookings will be paused until settled.
Feedback
Your feedback is critical to how we curate future dinners and matches.
After each dinner, you’ll receive a short form asking:
-
Your overall rating
-
Who you’d like to meet again
-
A prompt to book your next dinner
Skipping feedback may lower your future matching quality. Your input helps us improve.
Table Dynamics & Matching
-
Every seat is thoughtfully assigned. Please do not switch tables.
-
If a planned table shuffle occurs, our team will guide it to help you engage more deeply with your group.

The Golden Rule
This isn’t just another dinner — it’s a shared experience with some of the most thoughtful professionals in the city. Your presence shapes the table. Your conduct builds the community.
Let’s keep it intentional, respectful, and real.
If you have questions, need support, or wish to report any issue discreetly, message our team directly through the WhatsApp number available in the community.
